When the DBS check is submitted, the data must be accurate. No changes can be made as it is an electronic process.
If the submission has just been made and the DBS has not quite started their checking procedures, the applicant can call the DBS and they may be able to make the correction - 0151 676 1997
If the submission is still with Civil & Corporate Security Ltd, contact them via email to make the change - security@civilandcorporate.co.uk
