ROUTE 2 and ROUTE 3 information

If the applicant doesn't have a passport or driving licence, ROUTE 2 or 3 must be undertaken.

On the right hand side of the screen you can press the NEED HELP button for examples.

ROUTE 2 should be carried out with an ID check (the blue button on the home screen next to ADD CANDIDATE) and, when you have done that, tick the ID box and select at least one other document from Group 2A and two further documents from Group 2B.

ROUTE 3 can be carried out if ROUTE 2 is not applicable - must be a UK birth certificate  - and you can tick that box with 4 other documents. One of the other 4 must be from Group 2A and 3 other from Group 2B.
